      • On VPN Disconnect

It would be nice to see an option to automatically disconnect the primary network connection for all outgoing traffic, besides port 443 while the VPN is disconnected, because this port is necessary for VPN connectivity. I wrote a .Net app that monitors the connection status and opens/closes appd depending on the status of the VPN. It does this very well, but would like to see this integrated into the AIO app. It even monitors the WAN IP Address if it changes (Port 80 and Port 443), which is very beneficial to know.. Unlike the applications recommended, the application I wrote…

        • iPhone client working w/Netflix

Since Netflix cracked down on VPN usage you have been able to restore your computer based applications to bypass the blockage but not the mobile version. It would be great if you could make your mobile app working again with Netflix

            • Check Box for ibVPN to auto-collect disconnect or failed connection data to improve servers

              Hi,

I suggest a simple enable/disable check box to auto-collection of ibVPN app data on undesired disconnection or when server fails to connect.

Please add this feature only to be used to fix server to client connection problems.

For example I get disconnected with OPEN-VPN protocol with Chicago 1 server every minute but all other protocols pptp, sstp, l2tp stay connected strong. I don't remember having this problem last year.

Not a big problem if not possible. The other protocols still work great with that server, but it would be nice to have OpenVPN work as well.

              Have a nice…

                • StealthVPN technology

StealthVPN technology can be added to client software like Perfect-Privacy-VPN, VPNSecure did to bypass DPI or other firewalls of censored country so that VPN traffic is masked and can not be ever traced while making it like a normal internet traffic in the sight of censored country's IT authorities. Proxy.sh, VPN.ac, IPVanish etc have added something like Obfuscate OpenVPN, OpenVPN (XOR) etc technology for the same reason. Add whatever is better for your users especially living in China etc.

                  • XBMC Add-on

Create an add-on for XBMC. XBMC currently only has 1 VPN add-on which is VPNicity so thought you guys could help add another and give users more choice. If you are using a computer then your stand alone app works fine but for people who are using purpose built boxes or an XboX then they probably won't be able to use it. VPNicity allows you to change servers as you are browsing so you can switch to geolocked channels no problems.

It would be great if you guys could get into this as I could see you getting extra customers…

                      • Android app should control IBDNS in addition to IBVPN.

I'm a long-time user of IBVPN and was thrilled to begin taking advantage of the many benefits of IBDNS when it came out. I'm also a heavy user of android, with multiple tablets/phones within our home.

I find that configuring IBDNS manually on Android is too difficult for the average user. You've made it easy with the windows program that does IBVPN and IBDNS with a touch of a button. And you've got the Android app that does IBVPN -- but it doesn't yet do IBDNS.

Please expand the capabilities of your android app to include IBDNS -- I find…

                          • Update the Android App

The Android app is a serious battery hog, doesn't have a kill switch, doesn't have protocol options and gives no warning that it's been disconnected. It never remembers the last used server, doesn't have a favourites option and doesn't allow any dns control.

Considering that everything has gone mobile and Android is now the most used operating system on the planet, is it too much to ask for an app that works?

Thank you for your feedback Jimmy. We are currently working on a completely new application for Android. Stay close to us and we will announce when we’ll have a version to test. Thank you for your understanding.

                            • I would appreciate is a auto-disconnect after a set timeframe option available like a sleep timer option to auto kill the connection

a auto-disconnect after a set timeframe option available like a sleep timer option to auto kill the connection to the currently selected server in the All-In-One app would be very nice to use when you only want a connection to run for a certain timeframe before shutting down.

Pleas improve your service in the UK. If I try to watch the BBC using iVPN, they detect I am not in the UK and refuse access, It happened at BBC one, two (did not try other channels). Apparently, they see on the IP address that it is a VPN network, not a UK user.

In fact this is not my idea but an option available in the panel of the software/application that my old VPN provider was utilizing.
In fact even a specific browser can perhaps be added in the "white list", in order to access to some institution that has to see the user as browsing from within the same Nation/Country.

Going back to the e-mail issue, Gmail and some other providers see my e-mail…

We have to let you know that we are blocking the SMTP ports 25 and 465 to avoid spam from our servers.
Please check with your email provider if they support other SMTP ports. Most email providers allow using port 587 for sending emails.

Please try to setup your e-mail server to accept outgoing mail from port 587.
Also setup your mail client for outgoing mails to use port 587.

                                    • KillSwitch - LOCK network traffic, W/O closing applications

Add an option to lock all network traffic instead of shutting down applications in case of a VPN connection drop out.

Shutting down applications is HORRIBLE solution as I have to set everything up again again after relaunch. This is not a gentle solution. It's really clumsy!

                                      • Display server speeds in the app

Instead of only allowing users to connect to the fastest server, include server speeds (based on each user's connection) in the app, an allow users to sort by speed. This would allow users who can't view a given site with the fastest server for them to use the second or third-fastest server. This also means that users can change servers more frequently while still mostly using servers that are fastest for them.
